Hi Nick,

sent the wheels to wheel referbishers in Sevenoaks and they phoned to say that 4 out of the 5 wheels were no longer any good for referbishing.

Where is the place in Sevenoaks please? Not too far from me....

Helen i think the wheels look fine. i think the difference is to most of us they are perfectly fine but we know you like your cars straight so I would look for a nice set that you like and then sell yours.. I am sure there would be plenty of people happy to have the wheels in the condition they are currently in..

Bert - I think that is a general description of the process typically used by them for refurbishing 'run of the mill' alloy wheels - not aimed at Fuchs wheels.

Diamond Styling used to be the no.1 refurbishers for Fuchs wheels in the UK - back when they were based in NW London & owned/run by Chris Talabi.

However, Chris sold his business - along with the name & machinery, etc - a few years ago so I don't know what the standard of work is like now...
