Welcome Greg and you have a fabulous car.

With a standard front setup on a 67 I believe there is no possibility of adjusting caster and camber. If there is any deviation from factory settings then wear or incorrect parts etc will cause departure from normal.

Front camber should be 0 to 20' each wheel
Front caster should be 6 degrees 45' plus or minus 45'
Front Toe in 40' total right and left

So it is a pretty neutral set up at the front.

Rear camber should be 1 degree 15' neg plus or minus 20' right and left
Toe in each wheel 0 to 10' (I run max toe in on mine)
Radius arm 36 degrees

Front height
centre torsion bar 108mm plus or minus 5mm lower than wheel centre

Rear height
centre torsion bar 12mm plus or minus 5mm above wheel centre.

Steering, tyre pressures, weight, fuel tank fill, driver in seat and suspension settlement are all important to get right settings so best to run for a while before making any adjustments.

Hope this helps

Regards
Mike

Thanks so much for all that detail. I knew it had to be out there somewhere. I'll print it out today and we'll compare with the other information we have. I think we came to the same conclusion about the front, and it was the rear I was most concerned about.

Just one more question, if I may. The left front shock absorber is shot so I want to replace the pair. It has obviously been oversprayed a number of times in its life and I can't find any numbers , either on it or the strut housing. I am assuming they are original Konis, and am wondering if it is possible to buy them anywhere (certainly not in Japan !!) or at least new inserts for these ones.

If I can't get anywhere soon with this, perhaps I'll have to wait till winter, when she is up on the garage jacks, take them out and sandblast back to see what I can find. It is a scheduled next step in the whole process anyway.

Thanks again. Most grateful.
