I'd say if you are saving a car from an early grave, and not doing it to a concourse car then go for it! It's your car after all and beauty is in the eye of the beholder!

We don't want to end up like the pink fluffies over at pcogb do we...?

I'm not a fan of that style, but if you insist here are some ideas.

Persoanlly I prefer the subtle modifactions

like KS's old choptop

I quite like subtle cars like ks's old choptop too but I also think if you get a custom just right like the original targabug it can look great. I think there is a larger possibility for error going all out custom but you just need to really think it out first and you could create something amazing. If everybody liked the same cars it would be a really boring scene. I say go for it if you think it will work but my advise is to check out as many cars as you can first and see what works and what doesn't.

Couldn't find the pic i wanted of a '72 kermit green 911 with moons on the salt but thought this was better anyway...
