I love the look of this car... just right! Only thing I would change would be the orange US reflectors on front bumper.
Presumably its on 6s & 7s?

It's on 7" all round...

I keep telling him he wants to swap a pair for my 6", but he just won't go for it

Thanks,
I have been wondering whether to do the reflectors, I need to get the bumpers sprayed so I may Europeanise them then.
As Gary said its on 7Js all round (205/60/15s), supposidily it was an option in the US.
I am also toying with the idea of a duck tail, I may do this anyway as it is easily changeable.
I keep looking at other classics, but they are quickly forgotten when I take the old 75 out....

Yeah, go for the Euro look! I've always thought the US look was a bit ugly myself. The 7s look superb and suit the car down to the ground. Is it lowered?
If ya ever consider selling it let me know! LOL!

Before (US Baja Specification)
After (-60mm later)

After hearing of problems encountered by some getting the ride height right, I found taking a photo before and then photoshopping it to the desired ride height was useful to esitmate the desired visual drop.
An Angle measuring device was essential for getting the desired change in spring plate angle. The 8-9mm rule of thumb seems spot on.
I changed the rear spring plate bushes with Weltmeister bushes which was a bit of a faff . But the assembly required ample grease, and required the bushing housing to be pressed on slowely using four long bolts.
Only recommendation is measure measure measure, use the porsche recommendations for calculating ride height. when measuring ensure you are on a flat surface, tyres are inflated to the correct pressures.
The car drives and handles alot better now. Just need to change the front shocks
PS- My Icon picture is the photoshopped image that I worked to.

That certainly was a comedy ride height!!! Just bought a 912e that has a similar look to your 2.7 (LHD, chrome, narrow body, one wing mirror) and i'm thinking about putting it on wider wheels at some point. I think its on 5.5J x 15 at present.
