If only it was that simple. Under the primer, guards red and original burgundy colour scheme there is a new set of floors, suspension pan, rear seats and parcel shelf needed! O'yeah not to forget the engine needed, transmission workover and then wire and plumb it all together. Bring on the weekend!!!

Here is the general plan, this weeks colour choice is 356 Dolphin grey...

Heres my outlaw project as of this evening, it doesn't look much but the floors and suspension pan went in about 2 hours ago. I have started a thread in the restoration section, the plan is to update with underside rust coating by next week...

i had a few pics from a good friend of mines car.Its a 67 912 it had belonged to his sisters husband who passed away several years ago.The was given away to a family member who had no interest in the car at all.My friend found the car at a family reunion early this year and asked
about the car since it was just going to rust out where it was and was told oh what a good hobby project that car would make,if you like to have the car it is yours....so we loaded it up and the fun begins...at this date the engine is out of the car for a rebuild. The brakes have been rebuilt as well.Image[IMG]

also forgot to mention the car had A/C. the compressor has been
removed and some of the other parts.I have been asked if a/c was rare in a 67 and to be honest i have no idea?? are the parts worth much i was
asked as well, again i have no idea??? So if anyone has any thoughts it would be welcome. thanks jim

Hi Jim I think I have already seen this car over on BBS

Looks a great car nice and simple resto , what a joy..

just how I like to find them

Oh AC parts yeah my 65 had Porsche dealer fit AC I have kept it but I fear it's worth about as much as a used Mc Donalds wrapper :?
