Imagine being out on a nice sunny day, stop of somewhere for a bit to eat, then come back to find your car full of rubbish and rotting veg cos someone had mistaken it for a rubbish hopper.
Is this the new way all bins and skips are going to be? Tomorrows world missed that one.
