PARKING FOR MULSANNE / ARNAGE.

Can those that have not paid for parking at Mulsanne/Arnage please pay asap as I have to clear the balance this weekend latest. I do need full and final numbers and had thought there was c.20 needed?

What I have via paypal is for 4. I've also received payment for 12 from the Paul Heales group making 16 in total. Please note that I'll be also getting all those who want free infield parking at the TD Bugatti parking - these will be given out to all that book Mulsanne/Arnage and if anyone else wants them they can have them - just let me know. You must have a classic car or Porsche (no 4x4 Porsche).

Will post update on camping zones very soon. We have tons of space.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

We have paid for c.1600/1700m2 of space but have been allocated 3500m2 so tons of room. I've placed the 5 or 6 motorhomes on what is hard standing, ie. no use if you've got a tent! We'll also use this for a comunal area where we can socialise. There will be some live music and if you ply me with enought beer I'll stop playing...... I do hope to join the guys on stage for a few tunes.... The Pink zone is for those friends coming from PCI and PCGB R27 and those who are friends of mine. James aka Hot66 is taking the orange zone and other than that its a free for all. We probably have enough space for over 70 excluding the grey zone (scrub land) and we only have 51 - so lots of room - no need to panic.

All ticket packs are collection on arrival - please note the campsite is open for check in from 8am to 11pm (Even TD staff need some sleep!) please note this as it's important. If you're running late, puncture etc. please take my mobile (Robin 07775 592314) and call me and we'll get you sorted, but please arrive before 11pm.

If those who are not in the PCI, Hot66 and motorhome groups and want some space with your chums please let me know - as we've loads of space.

The grey zone is scrub land - could be used for camping in an emergency, but could also be used as a car park if required?

I'll be on site from Thursday late morning.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION

This time next week many of us will be on site, others on their way. Please read previous posts on how to get to our campsite.

All ticket packs are in the name of the first on the booking and will include campsite and TD passes for Porsche Curves, General Admission & Paddock Passes as well as parking permits for Mulsanne/Arnage as well as TD parking at Bugatti. If you've ordered a grandstand ticket this will also be included in your pack.

Please report to the TD check in just inside the secure campsite and mention you're with the DDK / PCI group, then ask for you ticket pack which will be identified by your Surname followed by First Name - quite a few Heales on the trip, hence the need to do it this way.

CHECK IN OPEN FROM 8AM TO 11PM DAILY

I'm pretty sure my brother has paid via his company papal but I've no idea what its called. If there is any doubt let me know as I would rather we paid twice than not at all.

I haven't received payment (I think?) for you ie. Camperco x 2 but I've paid it on your behalf, square me up later if your brother hasn't paid - no worries.

MORE INFORMATION

I'm going to host a meet-and-greet on the Friday evening between 5-7pm in the motorhome/communal area within our campsite, I'm hoping by which time we should have most if not all on site. This is just a good excuse to have a bevvie and chat, catch up with old friends and say hi to some new ones, there may also be some live music and if folk want to bring over BBQ's tables and chairs etc. I dare say we could make a night of it! Rather than doing a cheese & wine reception I thought I'd buck the trend, go radical and have a wine & cheese reception!...... Thanks must go to PCI who are sponsoring this meet and greet to the tune of 200euro - thanks PCI.........

Last post from me before our off tomorrow morning heading for the overnight ferry from Rosslare to Cherbourg. I cannot wait, this is simply the best motorsport event on the calendar. I hope to be on site from late morning on the Thursday, please try to arrive between 8am and 11pm whichever day you arrive - take my mobile number if going to be late or whatever 07775 592314.
