Bought a lovely Nardi wheel from KS to go with the lovely wooden shift knob on it way from Mexico.
In both cases thanks 911hillclimber for pointing me in the right direction- if you are at the Orange Tree tomorrow night let me buy you a drink!
Now that the "jaffa cake" project is actually here and ready to go had better start a thread.........................

We must be on the same wavelength Darren, as that's one of the main reasons I did it.

Drove other to Richmond for DDK dinner. Great evening too many people to chat with everybody but lots of good stories Jamie talking about parking his car on the local thug's drive. Sanjay about why not to rev a 356 engine to 8500. Andy not giving much away about his new project apart from ready by next year and something that has never been done on DDK before!

Many thanks for arranging Chris.

The kids and I went to the cemetery to put some flowers on my dads grave. He would have been 70 on the 18th of December. Took the special car out. He never got to see the Porsche but I'm sure he would have liked it.

Took the 914 out for a blast from South Cheshire into Shropshire and back through the haze...my interior fan decided to start working, which was a bonus. Still need to make up a spacer for the boss on my Nardi wheel - shorting out on the horn occasionally. As soon one thing appears fixed another is added to the list...

Went hooning around West Sussex and for a spot of lunch. Goodwood was deserted and I'm sure we could've got a couple of laps in before anyone noticed.
