Re: Porsche for sale of the day..........
On e-Bay. No affiliation.
I cannot post the link for some reason but look for
'Porsche 911 1965 first year of production for full rebuild silver on red leather'
Rather a mixture of parts and no body. Can this really be worth 30 grand? Not in my eyes.

£40k doesn’t seem to bad to me for a matching numbers oelklappe and I ought to add that the seller (quite unknown to me) sold me quite possibly the best value, best condition, genuine hockey puck I could have wished for (£375 with free postage and yet he sent it by Special Delivery!). I just need jtparr to finish re-wrapping my 380mm wheel now!

I'm guessing the buyer of that matching numbers car might discover it's missing its hockey puck when he gets it home.matteo68 wrote:https://www.ebay.co.uk/itm/1972-RHD-POR ... 635-2958-0

Interesting 964 project, I think 35k is a bit rich given the work needed to finish the car.
Always fancied a 964 C2, would be interested to hear your thoughts on of this would be a viable car to get into 964 nership. Current prices of C2 couple's for middle of the road car are 65kish......

Re: Porsche for sale of the day..........
I met a nice guy today involved in motorsport all his life. He has a beautiful-looking 914 for sale, race prepared, some rallying history in the USA. Wants £25k for it. 1.8 engine.
