oh ok, my bad. I thought I saw "fx/options trader" or something like that, but it must have been someone else.
I may be mistaken but FX/Options Trader doesn’t equate to a used car salesman as far as I am aware!
Did you ring Sir?

Yes, sorry Neil, I got users mixed up is all. I hadn't upset enough people already so I was deriding the whole category of traders in general and saying how they're the worst kind of people

Only quickly glanced it over while there yesterday but this looked a reasonably nice restored 914 for the sold price of £21k

Feroz,
Did you not know that in the West Midlands dubious car traders often refer to themselves as FX/ Options Traders in order to enhance their self esteem?

That sounds like a downgrade in self esteem if you ask me, I wouldn’t buy anything from an FX options trader ( - ;

That seems like a super car but could it race as a 1965?

Ad finishes up: "And it's £22k... That doesn't mean it's crap - it means I can't be arsed ringing every last penny out of the thing or waiting for 6 months to sell it ."
If you don't get in there quick it'll be back on eBay for £32k.

What a fantastic thing....god knows how you import that now....as a collection of parts? VAT? 20 per cent? 5 per cent? Would NOVA be relevant for a racecar? Only if you wanted to try to register it for the road? And then would it end up on a Q plate? Probably a total PITA.

.
It's not an original Lotus 23.
There was a similar car for sale for
ages here in the UK - c/w 2.4 911 engine - but it wasn't road-registered & would be a pain to try & do so ...
