Possibly, but our TD parking passes for infield parking at Bugatti do not allow access to Mulsaane / Arnage

Seem to remember turning up at one of those corners last time and paying at the entrance to park.

Just spoke with a helpful guy at ACO- yes you need a separate EUR 12 vehicle parking pass for Arnage/Mulsanne, one pass does both

As expected then. So , everyone on the list will have a ticket added to their booking . You must all contact robin and pay for your tickets

I've arranged with Andrew at TD to get us what we need for Mulsanne / Arnage - all being sorted. I'll also have free tickets for the TD parking area at Bugatti.

OK everyone - not long to go now - all getting very exciting....please keep checking back to this thread often as more information regarding the trip will be posted over the next few weeks. To start please see final list of all who are going including how may adults/children per booking, grandstands if booked and also indivdual pitch requirements. I'll treat the parking at Mulsanne/Arnage & Bugatti separately as not to add confusion to this list. Each booking has a number and to make it easier for all of us and Travel Destinations this is the list that will be used by us both - hence the need to have it right.

IMPORTANT INFORMATION - PLEASE READ

The tickets are now all alocated to the booking numbers in the previous post. Having spoken to Andrew at TD, and in an attempt to make things as simple as possible all tickets will be by default available for collection on arrival at the TD reception at the "Event Tents" camping area at Le Mans. All ticket packs will be in the first name of the booking, again based on the list I posted previously, simply give your name, get you pack, put up your tent, bring a few beers over and say hello to me..... I do note that there are two main Groups - Paul Heales group and Angus Watts Group - if required TD will gladly post all ticket packs for these groups to the group leader. If some other DDK'ers would like their tickets posted this can be done but if it looks like the majority want this then I might suggest sending to three or four amoung us who can distribute to the others. All of the other clubs camping at Event Tents are collecting ticket packs on arrival and to be frank I think this is the way to do it as some tickets, while sent recorded delivery by TD, may thereafter get lost in the post, arrive late, get misplaced, lost, forgotten, left at home... hence why I'm just going to let TD do all the work and just arrive on site, (beer in fridge) and have a jolly good time......

I'll be posting some photos of our camping area as Andrew has promised to send these through next week. Once we have those, and a confirmed campsite area then we'll start to zone it off and decide who wants to go where, I'll provide a revised campsite plan, please realise there will be plently of space and while our payment "booked" us 1635m2 after a conversation with Andrew he's planning on giving us c. 1800m2. Zones will be marked out before our arrival and I hope to be on site late morning Thursday 5th July.
