Sorry to bring this thread back up. Does anybody know if Woodypeck are still going?

I've tried getting in contact via their web form twice and messaged through FB. There seems to be no phone number on their site.

Must admit, I'm asking myself why am I trying so hard to give them my money and just go somewhere else.

no .. but Paul ( with the black 964) posted details teh other day of where you can by these direct in china . He's brought in a few sets so can confirm its all the same.

Interesting. Its the G6 that we need I think for our cars. It seems that Paul got the G3's.

Showing. My lack of knowledge, what's the difference between G3 and G 6?

I've fitted the G3's to my 964 h4's which are the same headlights as my 2.4

I think I am showing my lack of knowledge there, they are both H4's! I'll need to research some more!

There's a reason why you can't buy these bulbs readily - retrofit LED bulbs cannot be E marked and therfore are illegal in Europe for road use.

IMO buy the LED projection units.

Steve was terribly slow responding to my last requests..but did supply what I wanted after all...but it took may chasing emails and messages...I think he is busy at work a lot

Those lights look wrong to me due to the loom connectors..mine came with the correct 3 pin plug that a typical H4 has...make sure any you buy do likewise

Hope he does stay in business as I may need replacements and want to do the same upgrade for the E Type and my E36 daily driver.....

Sorry to bring this thread back up, however, I am getting to the pointy end of the rebuild on my car and I am looking into the lighting.

I have fibreglass front guards and I am worried about potential fires.

In your experiences, do you think something such as these - http://www.ebay.com.au/itm/Pair-168W-Ph ... Swx6pYnoNS would be ok heat wise inside a fibreglass headlight bucket? I will have a hole for the wiring in the base and I can add an additonal hole somewhere to provide a vent if required.

I have LED lighting basically everywhere else on the car, so would like to continue that through to the headlights also.
