They'd better revist their terms and conditions and definitions thereof, becuase a parade lap is quite different from a time trial or track day

Here's the schedule: http://peterauto.peter.fr/files/pdf/lmc ... -piste.pdf

If I read this correctly, there are hours and hours of wannabes driving assorted 'classics' around the circuit; then the real racing starts at about tea time (5.20pm) while the stuff you'd actually pay to see appears at 12.30am.

Yes, later start this year which is a pain.... Also means later finish .

Timetable looks great .... Plateau 4 onwards is what I'm interested in so that's a nice 10pm through until 1am of racing for sat night

for any new timers , don't forget there is a sort of dress code for the paddocks, which pretty much means no flip flops ( or any open toe'd shoes) , no muscle vests etc etc

Thats suits me ..no muscles and no vests to my name. Is the dress code a la Goodwood or a bit less demanding..?

a lot less demanding.

Just don't look like a plum and you'll be fine.

Does that mean the plus fours , shooting jacket and cravat are a no no then...us simple country folk dress like that all the time.

Bit less demanding - me and Ian adopted a rubettes/elvis look for the first one (there's a pic somewhere) but it proved to be unnecessary. Entertaining, but unnecessary
