Becker Radio Repair
I've got an early 70's Becker Grand Prix that I bought from (....time to name names...) Mike Seer on ebay (trades from http://www.mbclassics.co.uk/)
I bought it in Jan last year, by the time my car was finished it was May and I found it didn't work. Mike Seer didn't want to know (I wish I'd tested it when it arrived) so I took it apart and had a look, resoldered a few dry connections and got it working. Its now packed up again and I'm thinking of getting it sorted. Anyone know anywhere who can service these?

Nick - you could try contacting Rich Oakley who often advertises Blaupunkt & Becker radios in the For Sale section.

What do you want doing ? Sounds like you've got it working already !
I have a plan for old Radios, but it has a long way to go yet, just want to bring old radios up to date
There was a guy featured in classic and sport car, probably a year ago who puts FM modules into old AM sets...
Cheers
Tim

Tim, I know a bad connection when I see it but I don't really know what to do once that's all fixed. My dad's an electrical engineer (TV & radio transmitters) but I want to get it done before they stop broadcasting analogue radio. He would need a circuit diagram too. Maybe I'll open it up again and have a look. I've run out of time for anything car related really - my wife's got me on new projects now.
So if there's a chance of sending it away I'll take it.
