Screw loose

Post by louis356 »

I've owned my 356 for about 14 years and have never had the inspecton cover for the steering screwed down.

I have the lid but no screws (bolt?) washers or anything. so my question is what size are they?

where can I get any. I'm not looking for original as the car isn't just the size so I can secure the hatch.

found this pic on the web not my car hope whoever's it is doesn't mind.

It's secured with 4 cheese-head machine screws & washers.

Size is M6 x 20mm.
