Who's is this car? I need to know if those wheels are genuine minilites I'm after a set and need to know where from and more importantly what offsets etc.

That is Steve's wonderfull 914 ... it looked so 'right' . Steve goes by the user name 'middlefour' . I think he & his wife went on for a tour of the Lakes so won't be on here for a while
Thank's for a really great weekend James, just brilliant. We had a couple more nights in Skipton and sampled some more of Yorkshires finest byways!! Got home this afternoon having done 675.5 miles since we left on Friday and not a beat missed, a few 'damp' carpets mind you. Thanks again for a great wekend and what a dashed jolly bunch the DDk'ers are. Can't wait for the next one.

Phew. Just back after over 1,000 miles in five days.
What a fantastic event. Thank you James for the excellent organisation and planning. Well done. It was marvellous to meet so many DDK'ers and in such a pleasant environment. It was very friendly and relaxed throughout. Even Lyn enjoyed herself (although I think by Sunday night she was just about 'Porsche'd out').

We went on to spend some time in 'the lakes'.
The Sunday rain and mist was left behind and as we headed west we awoke the next day to some glorious sunshine in Windemere.
Took a look around Blackwell an Arts & Crafts house designed by my favourite architect H. M. Baillie Scoot. Not his best work but some very nice details, recommended.

A message received from Johnny Tipler this morning.
"Pete and I had a great time up on the north York Moors at the weekend,
and thanks a lot for making us welcome! It felt like going to a house
party where you didin't now anyone but immediately felt at home!
Kindred spirits I guess."
