Doing it with mates is one thing… doing it with strangers would be no fun. We’ve been driving together for years , over 22 years in the case of some, and with that we all know how each other drives and can all trust each other. I also know when to feed them too, although will admit that is a lesson I had to learn the hard way
Love it, great minds I am booked into Frankfurt BMine next week! I note none of you have UK stickers on the car, any issues? I've been told the Austrian police are very keen on this and I;m likely to get a fine if I don't display one.

I have a uk sticker in the top corner of my rear window .. a few years ago in Italy when I was pulled by the Italian police for on Passo Giau , they did bollock me for its position saying I had to have it down by the reg plate , but as they were already doing me for something else they let me off with a warning on this indiscretion . Obviously I have not moved it I was not pulled because of the UK sticker and I've never had a problem anywhere because of it .
Forgot to add, Classic Remise in Dusseldorf is just in the green sticker environmental zone ... non of us bought one as from research its only ever picked up on if parked on the street by traffic wardens or if physically stopped buy the police for something else
B'mine Frankfurt ... make sure you book / confirm seats for the restaurant in advance . I had a bit of a mare with them as it turned out the day we were staying the whole top floor was taken over by a private corporate event and initially they had no space for us ! ... bit of a problem when there isn't really anything else in the area. This was me trying to book months in advance . After going higher up in the chain we were offered the private room and the set fixed price menu ( which was a actually really good )
Cars over 30 don't need them anymore anyway, but I had one on the 964 when it was younger so I've kept it. You can pick them up from most garages (garages, not petrol stations), though the Berlin city council website is the cheapest way!

Perfect thanks, I'll put a UK sticker on, no point looking for trouble. Have a table booked at the rooftop in Bmine already. I tend to book things when I book the hotels only so I don't have to think about it again
