REPLICAPARTS.CO.UK DON'T BUY FROM THEM......

Post by 65_911 »

At least for now anyway......

As others have posted, the business seems to be closed, but nobody knows for sure, as emails and calls aren't being responded to. The website is still taking orders, however, and from what I can see, you'll pay for your goods, but nothing will arrive. It looks like this has been going on for some time. One user is still awaiting a delivery from January, according to their Facebook page.

One of the Directors died at the beginning of the year, and the other, Giuseppe Felet, can't be contacted.

They operate a Shopify site, so if you placed an order with them over 30 days ago, can you please report them? I can't as my order is still new. Their site needs to be taken down quickly or others will continue to shop there.

The Shopify link to report merchants is here: https://www.shopify.com/legal/tools/rep ... rder-issue

Giuseppe, if you're reading this, please speak up, and the Moderator can remove this post.

Thanks!

Thanks for the heads up.

That probably explains why they didn't reply to my email, and luckily I didn't get round to ordering parts.

Thanks again.

Oh dear I made the mistake of ordering from them and got emails saying it was shipped but nothing happened

They should turn off their website so it doesn't take orders. This should be step no 1

Although my loss was minimal I have reported to 'shopify' as suggested by the original poster so hopefully action will be taken at their end to stop potential customers being able to place an order.

I had a similar situation earlier in the year, thankfully I'd payed via paypal so recovered everything easily.

Its a shame as looked like a good viable business. Their deadstock must be worth a bit.
