Re: Classic Autowerks ‘Ultimate Shift Rod Bushing’
When I fitted mine it was very stiff and I struggled to get 4th gear, so I took it off and with a Dremel sanded the inside ever so slightly, refitted it, fit was still quite tight and hey presto, it works fine now

Re: Classic Autowerks ‘Ultimate Shift Rod Bushing’
Interesting - i guess the different results speak to condition of the gearbox and the accuracy (or otherwise) of the linkage adjustment, or perhaps the need to perform some level of re-adjustment (on small scale) with the new bush installed.
In any event my two installs yielded positive results, and in fact in one gearbox has improved the random baulky shift into 2nd.
In summary happy!
Cheers

I'd love to get one but other than Jamie's IG, not sure how to get a hold of him. Can someone DM me his email? Alternatively, if anyone has a spare, perhaps I can purchase it off you? Thanks!

Hi Mike
They all arrived and were sent out last year - I haven’t done another group order since I’m afraid

I also have one that I used for a week. Didn't work for me, but if you want it, I'll let it go for 1/2 what I paid.

Sorry to muscle in on an ongoing thread but does anyone still have one of these bushings for sale please?
