I know of a house near Kingswinford with 3 of those under tarps for the last 40 years at least in the front garden.

The DFVW - a concept not dissimilar to Graham’s Lola when it ran the Skoda Rapide body. This was evidently built on to the chassis of Alain de Cadenet’s ex Le Mans Duckham Special. Love it

Still can see a lot of these Silhouette and thunder saloons at Mallory in recent years. Surprising how many still exist and are found, all a bit derelict, but get saved.
A hint of your new project Wayne??

Many of these Skoda based cars came to light on my huge thread about the LOLA when I was chasing down the chassis number.
The chase for the number was as good as the tinkering to build it, but took a long time.

Here is the Lola with the Karman Ghia body and the 400 ish bhp engine.

I wish Graham! That said, I was recently tempted by a space framed imp with a fibreglass body….

The DFVW was all steel - but still a race car wearing a saloon body.

Forgot yours had the Ghia body - mid/remembered the Skoda detail
