Bicester Scramble tomorrow (8th)
I’m going to splash my way up to Bicester tomorrow parking on the inner site in my Gen 1 GT3. I’m taking my neighbour from the farm next door, an ex haulage driver who’s into old tractors and cars. I don’t know why I call him the ‘old boy’ next door as we must be pretty much the same age. So if you see a couple of old boys extricating themselves from a red sportscar that’s far too low from them, (below) say hello. But speak loudly as he’s a tad deaf.

That’s a lovely picture!
Re: Bicester Scramble tomorrow (8th)
Thanks - the dying light does nice things with Zanzibar Red. Sort of takes it through orange to red in the one shot.
Re: Bicester Scramble tomorrow (8th)
I’ll be there in mine too Jeremy, hopefully we’ll get a chance to say hello.

I'm there. Black 993 with a single tatty drivers seat and no door cards (being refurbed) !
Re: Bicester Scramble tomorrow (8th)
Listen up all - hopefully you’ll see this.
We never get to meet up by chance , so I’ll be outside the main office doors of Sports Purpose in the MT Yard at 11 o’clock, and I’ll wait 10 mins before moving on.. if you manage to be there then, then great… if not … we tried.
And this is me, in one of our joke gardening pics. I’m the one on the left. It’s what we do.(garden)

Re: Bicester Scramble tomorrow (8th)
I have a ticket but won't make it - didn't fancy heading all the way up there in the Golf as the 914 is off the road. Have fun!
Re: Bicester Scramble tomorrow (8th)
Thanks Keith - we’ll try very hard to have fun, even if it’s just laughing at each other’s ID pics!

Thanks Graham. Does the trick. A hill climb trophy no doubt.911hillclimber wrote:I'll do my best to be there!

Re: Bicester Scramble tomorrow (8th)
A few DDK'rs had a sub-committee meeting today at the scramble, got to meet Jeremy and Johnny (Hart).
Very busy, fully sold-out and cold, but mainly dry. Some great cars, Porsche's everywhere.
This looked even better in the metal:
