Harewood Hillclimb British Championship
This weekend, should be a good meeting for the first 2022 visit to Harewood.
We hope to be there with our 911, although we'll struggle to make much impression on the fire-breathing 800bhp Subarus
It's a great venue for watching, with nearly the whole course visible from the top.
Practice Saturday, timed runs and championship run-offs on Sunday
Cheers
JW

Re: Harewood Hillclimb British Championship
Thanks Mike, it’s going to take all that and a bit more to be anywhere near mid-field at the weekend!
You weren’t entered at Craigantlet?
Hope all’s well with you and yours

Jonathan
I have hung up the helmet, did the Lanes Rally events for a while, until it became obvious you needed a forest spec MX5 to compete ! Am now of a age where I am content in believing that I was faster then than folks are now
Harewood was my favourite Mainland hunting ground, so have a great weekend and Keep Her Lit

Re: Harewood Hillclimb British Championship
That’s sad to hear Mike! You must get the 911 out for an event or two, just to keep fit!
One of the beauties about speed events is that your main competitor is your own previous performance. I only did a few events last year, but in my last 4, I won my class 3 times at Wiscombe Park, and set a pb at Loton Park. That finished the year well for me.
I’ll find out this weekend whether I can still do it!
Cheers
