This was on Car and Classic from Max at Revival Cars and sold almost immediately - needed engine rebuild (matching) but £23k and restored bodywork

I didnt see anything about 'restored bodywork' - in fact it says:

"Good condition, but with microblisters to the paintwork in places. The underside appears sound, but would benefit from reapplication of the original protective underseal, which is peeling. Jacking points, kidney bowls and rear torsion bar area etc... all in good order" ...

Why sell the car when it needed an engine build?

I couldn’t figure that out but think it might be a step to far for the owner. Max said it was to cheap as the phone was ringing off the hook. I was tempted even though I don’t need one.
