Indeed!

It's always a disappointment on getting home after visiting a show to find that I could well have been standing alongside other DDK members. I think we need to wear a discreet lapel badge of some sort - no names, just the DDK logo should be enough.

You’re right Arfor. A discreet and tasteful DDK lapel badge would be cool to identify fellow members. A conversation starter...

Enjoyed it guys, well done for organising and Greatworth for hosting and opening the workshops.
Great to see some old faces and some great cars.
John from Classic Carreras, loved your Green 964 and Jason, your 2002 had a certain stance that I loved.

We did, hope it continues to be an annual event. My son wanted to visit a VW show in Telford so we had to head off mid morning unfortunately.

Thanks to all who organised, I really enjoyed it. I got a name badge when I joined the (US based) 356 Registry. It's a good idea, having said that I've never worn it...

2. an unbranded calf or yearling.
Origin mid 19th century: from the name of Samuel A. Maverick (1803–70), a Texas rancher who did not brand his cattle.

A double thanks to Angus for leading me the workshop compression tester. Lowest cylinder on my Toyota was 11.3 bar. Much better than a 356

I think small name badges would be a great idea. Possibly have them sent out with the annual membership subs for an additional charge. I went to a 356 Registry meet in the States and they provided name tags with a magnetic backing so there was no need to try and pin the thing through your left tit. I was wearing mine at the swap meet but I don't think anybody noticed 'cos I was usually referred to in the manner of 'oi you, 'ow much is this piece of crap'

Great morning, My thanks to ALL involved and a special thanks to Angus and the guys at Greatworth. Like the idea of the lapel badge as a conversation starter I would be happy to purchase one if this happens. Regards MikeS

Could be a few more $ in the charity pot, a sign-in ritual, sticker for a £1.
Personally, prefer to stay 'invisible'. :compress:

Thanks for the feedback. Personally speaking I'm getting to know more faces over time but it would be great to know who's who.
