Yes, it’s obviously a GT4. Must have bought the wrong decals.

Interesting to see VUU 911G on the 911 which was probably an AFN demonstrator. The next reg number VUU 912G was on a 912 which was the subject of a road test that was published in Motoring News, December, 1968 and belongs to a DDKer.

Is the 911 T alive and well I wonder?

Arfor

That picture appears on the thread about Eve, the first lwb car.
If I remember correctly the ‘T’ is GVB 911D which still exists. The Vic Elford rallycross 911.

AFN Falcon Road Isleworth 1966/67

Wow, that takes me back. I went to an Early 911 PCGB Meet there on September 16 1995 which was hosted by Jeff Moyes. It looked just like that and I remember walking over to the office area (far corner) and taking notes on my car from the AFN Order Ledger that was on show there. I seem to remember it was removed hastily soon after as they realised that 'confidential' information was on show. I only wish I had photographed it at the time - but we didn't have cameras on our phones back then!

Anybody else here go to that Meet?

I have blatantly pinched the picture from a post by Scott A on the Early S Registry site. I hope that is OK.
Magic days.

Great photo Ian.
The two faraway cars have Fuchs so the picture must be at least September 66 onwards.
Thanks for sharing

Mike

DEEMAN, I think I went there for that meeting with the Early PCGB.
I drove a 964 and was amazed at the way it drove so well.
It was a long time ago so I might be wrong!
