Welsh road trip! Great to be teaching my son the ways of the road trip for no purpose other than a enjoying your car. He drove for about 7 hours, loving every minute of it.
Visited all the usual spots, beautiful weather, lightly trafficked. Although this trip was under the watchful eye of a black box (only just passed test) so was a little more reserved than usual!

In his 1.2 SEAT, on "L" plates, with his Mum.
Excellent. Start as you mean to go on! My son did the Horseshoe pass with me very soon after his 17th. That wasn’t the best experience SO much better this time.

First time experience of properly using an electric car today. Charging it was a weird experience, bit like that first time as a 17 year old going to the petrol station and not knowing what to do!
A very unusual hot rod. A heavily modified Topplino. Independent wishbone suspension all round, narrowed MX5 rear with LSD and a two litre Ford engine up front. Externally the vehicle looks unmodified.
