That is lovely
It’s a shame that they are thirsty and slow in comparison to a 911
However this isn't

My first Golf was in CCC in ‘92 amongst their top 50 modified cars. Got a free sprint at Curborough out of it

That was a long time ago...

I worked in the same office in Croydon...

Modified my Mini's SU carburettor following the advice of the late, great Clive Trickey. Didn't run any better (it was a bog-stock 850) but gave me something to boast about to my schoolmates.

Their small Tuning Books are wonderful, and I'm collecting them, one by one at Autojumbles.

What a great magazine it was, loved just loved the Tricky Mini esp with the Clubman front.
The build series of articles was fabulous and guilty of my car obsession, and a few motorccles too...

You should see the rest of this shop: (England no less)
A new engine for my French Folly, the Terrot MT1, arrived today, MOJO firmly returned, it is 'radical'
Done that Honda yet Keith?

I was there in the days of the late great Russell Bulgin, the swansong years...

CCC closed in 2002/3 – I worked at Link House from January 1987 to September 1995.
