There was a race series in Brazil - which is where I think that photo may be from.

Isettas also featured in the Mille Miglia - here's one in the 1954 event - it was the first car to leave the starting line at 9:01pm on May 1st and the last car to cross the finish line 22 hours, 10 minutes and 2 seconds later the next day !!
