Interesting picture Andy. I was not aware 'bubble' cars were ever raced. I used a three wheel LHD Isetta to commute from Hayes in Middx to LBH Hounslow for a year during 1972 /73. After numerous problems with the dynastart I sold the Isetta for £40.00.Lightweight_911 wrote:

There was a race series in Brazil - which is where I think that photo may be from.
Isettas also featured in the Mille Miglia - here's one in the 1954 event - it was the first car to leave the starting line at 9:01pm on May 1st and the last car to cross the finish line 22 hours, 10 minutes and 2 seconds later the next day !!
