Is the front bummer correct?

What a mish mash. Backdated rear bumper, forward dated front and rear wings, hideous 17" rims. It would have been so much nicer stock.

^^ its a nice car in a lovely colour and looks well finished, the problem for me is just that it's two different eras stuck together...

Sold for $75k. Looks like it was done nicely. But I do find the front bumper a bit confusing though. As said above, cars from 2 times stitched together.
