67 car fuel breather routing problem

Hi All
I am suffering from fuel fumes under the bonnet, plus sneaking into the car. No leaks, triple checked! So I believe that I have not got the bottom end of the breather routed correctly when it drops behind the tank. All the visible breather is right, and double checked by the boys at Fenn Lane. So can someone give me the exact of where it goes behind the tank when its drops out of sight. the one year thing is it doesn't drop out below the car, which I expected it probably should, but there is no hole!

Would really appreciate a hand with this

May sound simple but also make sure your filler cap is on properly and the seal is in good condition.

I get petrol smells in the 911 since I rebuilt it 28 years ago, and put it down to no carbon filter.
This topic was subject to a thread a few months ago.
My tank vent is down to the inside of the front wing by the headlamp (73T).
I the engine has a return to tank fuel system and I think when fuel is low the return is above the general fuel level in the tank and much of the vapour get out through the vent.
Same as when filling it up, smalls in side.
I have no leaks and the smell disperses within 2 or 3 minutes of driving.

Well, a 67 cars breather is much simpler, I can only put it down to not venting properly to the outside, hence fumes being trapped under the bonnet. I will strip it out and do my homework. Never had this issue until the refer so it must be human error.

Worked it out, the vent tube hole hadst been cut in the bottom of the pan so whilst the vent tube went down the right route, it didn't exit the pan. Job done now
