I just wanted to alert people to what I believe may be a scam, for a 356/912 engine.
For sale in Newcastle, item no 322455078410.
A bit of digging found it had been for sale in Delaware, USA. Item no 222432763063.
The back story is cut and pasted and the only thing that made me think was the postage cost...

Definitely a scam imho. I live only a few miles away and have also been in touch with the (supposed) seller.
I am so lucky I could have had it for ony £2990 (he then immediately accepted an offer of £2500), bank transfer only, no deposits pending collection, money upfront and collection in 4 days from a dodgy address in the northern suburbs of Newcastle.
I pick it up on Wed!!!
