Great day yesterday, really enjoyed meeting all you fellow 912,911 guys. So much fun in the convoy on the way up too !! Thanks Neil for organising it and sorry I didn't see you to say hello.

So I wasn't the only one to caught out by the stealth sun yesterday :)

Cheers

That was a brilliant day made even better by a a group of very enthusiastic guys who replaced my fan belt and gave me a shove to get me on my way. Sorry i can't remember your names but i do still have all of your fingerprints on the back of my car. we made it back ok until we got to our local chip shop and i turned the engine off, turns out i have a rather strong wife. I've sorted the problem today just a lose terminal on the starter.
Moments like that make memorable days and where would the fun be if everything just worked.
PS my hands did get dirty today.

I didn't think I would have the car ready for this but got it fit and healthy. Had to park out in the public car park, which was cool, plenty of stuff to look at out there too.

Sorry to have not been able to make it this year as I had a family commitment in the afternoon and could not be away the whole day. It looks like a great turnout! The weather looks a bit kinder than last year as well!

I had a good run out in the morning though to Simons Essex gathering and hopefully will be able to meet up with others again later this year!
