Sorry for the Rolex fans but I'm never seen a watch scream, so loudly, "I have money and I want you to know"!!

Went to a local shop in a Vineyard today to get a new battery in my wife's Gucci watch.
In his (very) small shop he has 4 Omega Constellation mens watches, 3 boxed with original metal link straps, one is 17 years old, stainless with a 'white' dial face, £1600.

I am no watch buff, but these/it looked very good, but are they? The constellation rage is vast it seems to me.

Bit like this;

One man band, old gent who repairs watches etc.
Keen hard-core cyclist, spent ages talking about the Italian race that's going on.
Gave me a bolloKKing for not being out on my bike...
No web site!

The watches were rather nice, but are they worth it?
