1973 911 Speedo

Post by Peteupnorth »

The trip meter on my speedo has frozen. Any suggestions as to where I could go to get it fixed? The speedo itself is still working. Thanks.

Julian Reap fixed mine.
New gears of the right ratio are needed and he has them.

About £110 iirc, it was 2 years ago.
Pleasure to deal with and fast.

Hi

On the mechanical speedo I think the problem of stripped gears is caused by resetting the trip when the car is moving. I learnt that the hard way
