You borrow £100 at 4,214% and make no repayments just accrue interest.

After 1 year you would owe £4200

After 2 years you would owe £180,000

After 3 years you would owe £7,500,000 (into the millions already!)

After 4 years you would owe £315,000,000 (£315m, wow, you could buy a small country with that)

After 5 years you would owe £13,000,000,000 (yes folks, all those noughts mean we have entered billion territory)

After 6 years you would owe £557,000,000,000

After 7 years you would owe £23,500,000,000,000 (it’s trillion time!)

I think you forgot to carry the capital. £100 @ 4214% would be £100 + £4214 interest after 1 yr (assuming the monthly compounding is included in that %).

That gets me to 27.8Tr after 7yrs.

Eek!

Apparently a very nice smelling example now, according to the seller. The extra work on improving the aroma will be why there is a price increase no doubt.

Is this an error that would appear (along with the poor photo) on the front page of a German website offering a vehicle at nearly £180000? People really do make very little effort now to get their cut of the cake in some cases.

Regards
Mike

got to be a joke hasnt it? was for sale by Steve not long ago, I think his exact phrase was "£100k ONO"

and now its £180k with as Mike says a frankly pathetic attempt at an advert

i've said it before, we ought to set up DDK car sales or at the least an on-line auction site just like Bring a Trailer have done

the knowledge of members on here is patently in many cases far superior to lots of dealers

good luck with sale and all that, he's in business to make a profit and I'm not going to knock that but surely it cant be that simple?? If its i'm obviously in the wrong game. the greater fool thesis always ends badly, its just hard to judge when
