It was all glass . The rear screen was uncut , we just laid it down . The side glass was pretty easy all being flat but the front screen was a right pain . Went through two before we managed it . In the end I got help cutting it from a friend who worked at Coleman Milne who make limos and hearses etc who was used to cutting laminated glass .911hillclimber wrote:Having chopped two cars in my 'hot rod' life in the 70's/80's I know the work that went into that.

Sold the car to a lad from Lancaster 22 years ago then I believe it went down South . Never seen it since .
Along with a couple of other guys we started a club called Uk Kustoms . No idea if it still exits . Had a some ally plaques cast with logo on to hang off the back of the cars ( Barris and Watson did these in the 50's )
Still got mine gathering dust in the garage .
