Hi From West Sussex, England
Hi All,
I have decided to join this forum, to see if there are any other SWB 911, 911S 1966/7 out there. Mine is a 1967 911S Tangerine 6809 RHD
I have spent a long time renovating my car, not quite true, I have owned it for many years, but only started in earnest in November last year. and I hope it will be on the road in late spring,
Be good to talk to like minded (twisted) enthusiasts, that are working on their projects, or have completed the build.

Welcome to DDK.
That's a rare car you have there and in a great colour, we look forward to hearing more about it (and hopefully seeing some photos).

Re: Hi From West Sussex, England
Welcome pvmr. (Victor?)
A 67S is indeed a rare car in RHD. It would be great to have more information and pictures of your car. I keep a database of known cars and there are currently 12 physical cars worldwide and rumours of 5 others without physical confirmation or pictures. Your car would be indeed a nice addition to the list but your colour (not available in 67MY) and colour code indicate it is a 68MY car. Can you confirm the chassis, engine and gearbox numbers? It would still be a very rare car if it was a 68S and tangerine is such a great colour. Helen, a member on here, had the same model/colour combination and it was a great car (she put a lot of money, time and effort into restoring it). Sadly now sold by her but still in the UK I think.
All the best with your resto.
Regards
Mike

Welcome to DDK and look forward to seeing the S out and about when finished. Love Tangerine, "safety colours" are best!

Hi pvmr
Nearby also, Southsea, often out Goodwood way on a Saturday in 356 or 911.
Goodwood (Lavant) to Petersfield and on into the Meon Valley is also a nice driving area.
