Use Tapatalk, use the image icon and then select Tapatalk hosted, select pic quality/size and it hen uploads the shot and pastes the image code into your post
Look forward to seeing pics and hearing all about the trip
didn't realise tapatalk could host photos . Are they stored indefinitely with tapatalk ?
That I don't know. I only use it for live reports as without wifi I find photbucket useless (actually I'm finding the app more unstable every time I use it)
Tapatalk is handy if you've just got 3G or weaker and want to post a pic
Ok will have a look at the tapatalk ap.
First day and about 270 miles done from home down to Portsmouth harbour.
Pretty boring really and got down too early so stopped at Hamble for a bite to eat. Just waiting to board the ferry.
The real journey starts tomorrow.

Am now just south of Toulouse after driving nearly 500 miles today. The cab drove beautifully with the temperature gauge starting at 60 degrees and climbing to just under 90 degrees as we got further south (please be aware I'm cruising not speeding down).
The last hundred or so miles were the best when Angela suggested having the top down on the car since it had stopped raining at last.
Unfortunately the driver can't keep up with all this milesge and has a lot of aches, nothing a few glasses of wine can't solve.
Another couple of hundred miles tomorrow and we will arrive, even if it will be a bit late.

Superb! You've knocked a big hole in the journey. Are you past Carcassonne? Lovely place.
Car looks superb. Enjoy a glass or two, Pyrenees tomorrow!

Mike

Today has been a good day, got the rest of the journey done. We set off with the top down along the old Route Nationale towards Carcassone. The driving was nice but the weather turned cold and damp, Angela said either the top had to go back up or she would light matches under my feet to keep herself warm.
Joined the autoroute and drove straight through to Barcelona were fortunately the weather had got better (even if the traffic was pretty bad). Put the top down for the last bit and arrived about 3.30. Total run of 1040ish miles in 3 days with no oil used. Engine temp was between 90 and 100 degrees which is good.
Unfortunately we were too late to join the rest of the group in their activities so had a look around ourselves.
Photos to follow when I have a decent signal.

What's the details on the green car in the bottom right of your hotel pic?

That's a 51 split window coupe from France. The guy bought it in Belgium many years ago with the old paint (not original). Car even has damage which was done 40 years ago.
I have photos of it but they are in my camera rather than the phone.

Yesterday was another great day, lots of sunshine so the top was down on the cabriolet all day.
We visited two vineyards (such hardship) tasted great wine and even bought a bottle or 2.
Then we drove into the centre of Tarragona for a late lunchof Tapas, parking the cars on a part of the pedestrian precinct.
The evening meal was at our hosts home and what a meal. We didn't leave until nearly 1am and were one of the first to go (I know, lightweights).
Again all the photos are on the camera, but I will post some when I get home.

Thanks for posting Hendrik. It looks like a great trip. Have a good journey back and we look forward to seeing your "camera" shots. Did you use tapatalk? If so how was it?
