Would you mind disclosing which 1973 911/83 case was in your replica ? There might possibly be someone in the world looking for it (now , or even in the future).

I *personally* would have had no issues in giving this information out, but the car is now sold and so it's a decision for the new owner

I'm sure they won't mind me mentioning it was from a UK car that was written off some time ago.

Well she went off to her new home earlier this afternoon

Hopefully the new owner made it back to Yorkshire

Arrived back home in God's county safe and sound.... and deaf!

I'd forgotton how loud it was, although it's a bit more muted than when I had it last. Freshly rebuilt engine is a 'belter', 218bhp on Bob Watson's dyno and a massive torque curve. Need to get some more miles on it now.

Scheel seats... hmmm, not too sure. Maybe my @rse is the wrong shape! Or too big

!

RHD... hmmm, again not too sure! But I'll get used to it again

As you can see the R is up on the ramp and fettling has commenced so getting them outside together is a few weeks away.
First job - collect and remove all the loose nuts, bolts and washers rattling around the 'luggage' compartment. 28 pieces so far

Second job - try and identify all the apparently 'spare' electrical connections left laying around in both the engine bay and the luggage comp't.
