LWB cars have the lower mounts (by your hips when sitting in the seat) fitted from the factory so if you are happy with just lap belts then it's just a matter of buying belts from your local factor, poking holes in the carpet and bolting them up.

quite a few of us have put rear belts in our cars .. do a search for some of the threads.
The cheapest & easiest way is to contact quickfitSBS and buy a pair of their rear 3 point belt kits .
As Martin says, on the LWB cars the mounts for the 'lap' attachments are already there . Then the only slightly difficult bit is drilling a hole in the rear parcel shelf ( difficult because the angle of the rear screen means you need to use a 90 deg attachment on your drill )

Its a relatively straight forward job to do yourself, just put some Quickfit SBS ones on mine a few weeks ago, as James says you will need a right angled drill bit if you fit 3 point inertias
Here's mine
Also see posts on these threads, really useful info from from Alan as always

Presumably there some sort of plate/captive nut that needs to be fed in from the engine side?58A - 71E wrote:Its a relatively straight forward job to do yourself, just put some Quickfit SBS ones on mine a few weeks ago, as James says you will need a right angled drill bit if you fit 3 point inertias

68 - 71 2 mountings for 3 point belts
72 on lap belt mounts only
hope this helps
I can post a picture of the top mounts, although they are the same as the front seat belt outer mount, located just behind the b post.
I may have some fittings that i have cut out to fit roll cage plates

note the custom made box to cover the rear belts, made from 3mm ply and covered in 2mm foam then vinyl to match the rest of the interior
I had a piece about 150mm x 400mm of 3mm steel cut which I have painted and bolted under and through the rear shelf to reinforce the belts.
I elected to put the belts in the middle of the car to give greater clearance under the rear screen (same layout as my 3 series BMW), which works well for the children too
belts were from Quickfit
