Hello there
I have just bought a vacuum moulder, and had a go at producing R type rear quarter vents to save shelling out £300 for a new set.I have made just the louvered section so they can be cut into existing windows or simply glued or bolted into a new piece of Lexan or similar. They are made from 2mm PETG which is really tough and will stand the knocks I have also formed a drip tray which drains to the outside just like the real thing. Depending on numbers and if anyone is interested I could work out a price.
Regards
Paul
