I'm dieing to take my 10 month old daughter out in my 911T, but I'm not sure if a child seat will fit.
I've found a child seat which offers to point belt fitment, i.e. it would be ok with the lap belt, but I'm concerned that the snug rears on the 911 may not accept the seat - any ideas?
Child seat (0-4 years) in '71 911?

there isn't much room in the rear - seats are out there that fit (I had one from Mike here on DDK which fitted in the rear perfectly). That was a mama's and papa's but I don't know if they still produce them?
it's worth the effort - my little boy loved it (and still does)

In the end the Porsche prince works ok if you just have a lap belt, if you have 3 point the Mamas and Papas is v good

Hi,
there are several seats that fit well enough to recommend. the best IMHO is the Maxi Cosi Rodi (not an XP, a basic Rodi) which has been discontinued but is still available but you'd have to look. For a 10 month old you'd be looking at a rear facing seat which makes it much harder. If the kid is able to support his/her head go for a Rodi as they will work for a child up to about 10 (mine a little kids, which are available on special order from Porsche ). Mine are not for sale as their in use all the time. Try Halfords for a rodi, you may be lucky.
