This is an excellent driver with fresh mechanicals
As stated on the kardex the car was sold to someone in Reno, Nevada by Competition motors in Hollywood.
The car was imported to Belgium around 1999.
The previous owner was a mechanic in a restoration shop specialising in Jaquar, Aston Martin and Porsche.
He restored this Porsche in his spare time over a period of a couple of years.
He bought the 356 as a painted shell including all original parts and redid all the mechanics.
Exterior:
This Porsche was rock solide before the restoration, only the battery box needed some welding. Doors, hood, floors, longitudonals are all original to the car and in very good condition. This car is rust free except for one small spot on the bottom of the drivers door,
this has been treated but there is still a very small mark visible.
Paintwork is very nice and shiny, the gaps between the body panels are very good.
Hubcaps are still original and show their age.
Interior:
The interior is original except for the carpets and steering wheel. The leather seats, headliner are all original and in very good condition.
The steering wheel is very nice wooden Les Leston.
Heating is hooked up and works excellent.
All electrics work as they should.
Enigne/Transmission :
The original 90hp engine and transmission have been revised, the engine pulls very strong, transmission shifts smooth through all gears.
