Cobra RS seats – anyone actually bought/seen them?

When I went to chat to them initially they told me they were in the process of swapping from there current vinyl to a better quality vinyl which did have a slightly different appearance. Perhaps your seats were built during the changeover?

Just come off the phone to Merlin and they have two more seats on order – hopefully be in next week. Apparently, they had ordered one seat for a customer who then changed his mind, so they had to order in another single seat to make up a more salable pair... Guess who got that pair! As the guy said, he wishes that Cobra would let their dealers know when there's a change in materials to stop this happening. This time, I've offered to go and pick them up...

Having sat in these seats - how tight are they - looking for something that can accomodate a "slightly larger frame " !!! I am 6ft 4 and 100kg - they look fantastic though and if I can get in them , im getting them ... !

I'm the wrong person to ask! I weigh 9st 2lbs (the heaviest I've ever been) so every seats feels wide to me!

I will try Timo's seat on Friday. I am 5ft 10 and 93kg. I will try and put on some more kg's before Friday

They feel fine to me but I'm 6' 2" and 12 stone.

Yep.... mine arrived a few weeks back and they look great!!!

They are so light in comparison to the original seats.... can't wait to get them fitted in....

Was on the phone to Cobra today and apparently they are working on a fitting kit for pre 73 cars... will be available within the next 6 weeks...

Can i wait that long.....
