58 Outlaw pick up
Bit of film from last weekend collected 58 'S' with 741 trans and all round 'C' discs. It drove from Tuscon to Salem, Oregon. 900 miles without a hitch. Work to be done in USA before back to UK next year!!

356a 'Collection'
Sorry for the dissapointment for those hoping to see a 356 pick up!!.
Regarding insurance my father in law actually drove it, he is a US resident and just added it onto his plan. But I am told that a company called Allstate insurance are very good. They are a national company with local reps (laws regarding insurance change from state to state).
On the bike rack front god knows what kind of bike the previous owner used to carry, he also had fake sheepskins in the car. The luggage rack, bike rack and sheepskins have now been removed. Pleasantly surprised the interior trim is in really good shape and is all there. The seats are the correct 'thin backs' and they slide really nicely. The car has cleaned up very well. It is due to be given an all around appraisal by Emory over the next couple of weeks. Will post photos and updates soon.
