Are you sure it was a '54. According to Jenks' book about AFN the first car they sold was 60277 which is a '53 (and 20 chassis numbers before mine). Would like to know more about that car though.I know of a RHD Cabriolet we did a few years ago,and I restored the first RHD 356 sold by AFN many years ago,that was a '54 now in Australia I think.
Sorry,its been a while since Ive seen the car,the chassis number was 51552,bought by Ted Wolley and extensivly raced throughout its life,came over with two other RHD cars,this was the first one sold,We found it by chance being lifted by a chain through its windows being dumped in a skip at AFN,we stopped them,and restored it!356ist wrote:Are you sure it was a '54. As to other PreAs, the only other ones I have seen aren't running at the moment.
