WTB timing chain case covers and tensioner

Post by veryporky »

Trying to help somebody get an engine running. Engine is 2.2 T. We need a chain tensioner and a pair of chain case covers. We are talking non hydraulic here as the idea is just to get it running after a fashion.
Pls PM me if you can help. :)

Hi Keith,

I think I may have those parts but using an old tensioner with unknown history is generally not a good idea. I am away for a few days so if no one else can help let me know.

Cheers

In case you didn't get yourself sorted, I have a pair of standard chain covers.
