Certainly does work.
There would be a Court Order against that road and others today. I know to 2 such orders locally. No Cruising (or racing).

Back in 1975 we did that kind of stuff in that video in our street rods in the centre of Birmingham down to a local burger shop, all 8 of us!!

No more because there was no more room to park outside than 8 cars, esp with a 55 Chevy and a Camaro SS in the 8.

Lots of memories of the wonderful '70's even in a grey Birmingham.
