Hi Lars, If you're going to make your own (like I did), you will be better taking the measurements from your engine yourself. Once the gearbox is split from the engine you can make a template and away you go. I can recommend cutting out the "C" shape that bolts to the gearbox / engine inte...

Absolutely right....this system can and does work. However you need specialist skills on both sides of the deal and with the utmost respect to the OP, his aren't stacking up to that of those required to restore a classic car, well, in monetary value / cost to hire basis anyway. The "favour"...

Yes! They take some looking at at first! :P Looking at the drawings, it certainly looks like the slam panel is set at 90 degrees to horizontal 0 datum. If you look at other measurements that are not true vertical, they are normally highlighted by a broken line across them which then gives a measurem...

Super Help Thanks, I have thought of that and measured against the drawing I have of the outside of the inner wing, the length is fine from the "Plan 0" position however the drawing does not give any measurement relative to the Wing bolt position height (without me scaling the drawing) .....

I would put oil in. Turn over by hand. Then when you go for a key turn over, discount the HT lead from the coil, just so the oil gets around before you actually try a start up.
